20 units per model for home batteries, 5 units for racks and outdoor cabinets, one unit or a project scope for all-in-one systems and containers. Sample orders are possible before volume.
Yes — private label is the default. Silkscreen, nameplate, packaging, manuals and app branding are produced under your brand, and our name and the manufacturing partner's name do not appear on the product or the documentation sent to your market.
Voltage class decides it. The 51.2 V home batteries pair with low-voltage hybrid inverters; the 153.6–716.8 V ranges need a high-voltage hybrid inverter or PCS in the same window. Send us the inverter model and we confirm compatibility before quoting.
We supply the battery side. For C&I and container projects we can introduce compatible PCS and EMS partners, but we do not sell them as our own product.
Transport and battery-level documents (UN38.3, MSDS, IEC 62619, IEC 63056, CE-EMC, UL 1973/UL 2054 by cell) are held for the ranges listed on the certifications page. Grid-code and fire-code approvals attach to a complete system and a site, and are confirmed per project.
Sea freight for lithium batteries is quoted per booking because it depends on weight, class 9 surcharges, port pair and the destination's handling rules. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP per order.
Samples with custom branding: 7–10 days. Battery production orders: 20–30 days. C&I and container projects: 45–60 days or per the agreed schedule.
5 + 5 years on the home battery and C&I ranges per the manufacturer's warranty agreement, conditions apply. We state the terms in writing with the quotation rather than in a slogan.
For volume programmes, yes — we arrange a visit so your technical team can audit the line. We do not publish the partner's name on this site, but we do arrange the visit.
It is IP21 and ground-mounted only, while the 5.12, 10.54 and 16.07 kWh models are IP54 and can be wall-mounted. Publishing that difference is deliberate: it is exactly the kind of detail that causes disputes when it is left out of a quotation.
