Parameters you can quote without hedging

Cycle life, usable energy, weight, floor footprint and IP rating are published per model — including the exceptions (the 20.99 kWh home unit is IP21 and ground-mounted only).

Certificates matched to the SKU

We state which document covers the pack and which covers the cell, and we confirm system-level requirements per project instead of promising a blanket "CE".

How a first order works

Sizing call

Send daily kWh consumption, inverter brand and site conditions. We propose the smallest bank that covers it and list what still has to be supplied locally.

Sample / pilot

MOQ 20 units per model. Sample lead time 7–10 days including private-label artwork approval.

Documentation pack

Data sheet, UN38.3 test summary, MSDS, IEC 62619 and CE-EMC evidence for the exact model before the order is confirmed.

Production & shipping

20–30 days for battery orders; project systems quoted on schedule. Sea freight as class 9 dangerous goods — see the shipping guide.
