Our public pages, data sheets and shipping documents use "manufacturing partner" and the production region only. Your customers cannot reverse-search us into your supplier.
For every SKU we state which document covers the pack, which covers the cell and who holds it. If a system-level approval (for example a grid-code or fire-code approval) is not held, we say so and scope it as a project item.
Pairing a battery with the wrong inverter class is the most common field failure in this industry. We confirm the inverter model and the parallel limit before quoting.
Container and multi-MWh projects are quoted with the agreed split of unloading, commissioning and sign-off, because a 45 t delivery is a logistics project, not a parcel.

Minimum order quantities are indicative and depend on the cabinet format and the artwork complexity. Tooling is not required for silkscreen or nameplate changes — only for new moulded parts.
