Load profile, duty cycle, site conditions, destination country, certification target and the inverter or PCS if already selected. Output: one or two candidate models with the reasoning.
Before any commercial commitment we send the data sheet, the transport documents and the certificate list that applies, plus a written note of anything that has to be arranged locally.
Silkscreen, nameplate, manual language, packaging and the configuration of the delivered bank are frozen in writing. Change control after this point is what causes delays.
Production to the agreed schedule with a pre-shipment check against the frozen specification. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost.
Sea freight as class 9 dangerous goods, origin documents prepared per booking, unloading and lifting plan agreed with your site team before the goods leave.
Commissioning is normally done by your installer, with remote technical support from us. Where the model supports remote diagnostics, faults are read before anyone travels.
